A friend sent this link to me at a very critical time for us, when we were really considering whether or not Silas had ADHD. After seeing the image of a school boy being opened up and filled with anesthetizing drugs versus unzipping him to free his creative potential, I knew that I would not embrace medicating my child. There had to be another answer.
